Double standards of technical youths

I have a question from most of you.Hope you reply in fair manner.
Suppose you are the project manager of the project where situations are critical you don't have much time, you have to give a quality product without delay and you have to recruit a employee to work on the project. You have 2 people to recruit from First guy has 12 Plus years of experience. He has worked and executed many  projects with efficiency, which are similar but smaller than your projects. And the other guy is like a fresher who passed the engineering few years back but dint take any job. Now whom will you recruit????

This question I asked many of my friends and most of them wanted to recruit the First Guy. And most of the reader here too i hope wanted to recruit the First Guy.

Now the analogy is the Project is "India" , The First Guy is "NAMO" and the Second is "RAGA". Our Country is in critical situation as we all know. Now you ask many people whom they will vote for?? And for my surprise few people want to vote for "RAGA". They have their own logic as Congress has given food security bill and they deserve one more chance. Isn't its shame that we still require food security bill after 67 years of Independence?. And most of the time in these 67 years congress has ruled. Aren't  we making our people less competitive and lazy???

Congress Tag line is "Congress ka hath Garib ke sath". So that the reason congress wants to distribute cheaper food so that people don't work and remain poor. As if they generate employment and removes poverty their hands will be chopped off.

Now you have to decide about your dual standards when you need to recruit for your project you want a experienced efficient guy but why not about country???.

Many of us have their own justification but think before you caste your Vote.

Its Now or never............................................
